Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body is done with sin. As a result, they do not live the rest of their earthly lives for evil human desires, but rather for the will of God.

彼 得 前 書 4:1-2

基 督 既 在 肉 身 受 苦 ， 你 们 也 当 将 这 样 的 心 志 作 为 兵 器 ， 因 为 在 肉 身 受 过 苦 的 ， 就 已 经 与 罪 断 绝 了 。你 们 存 这 样 的 心 ， 从 今 以 後 就 可 以 不 从 人 的 情 欲 ， 只 从 神 的 旨 意 在 世 度 馀 下 的 光 阴 。
